Is there a return window?
Yes. Request the return within 14 days of the date you received the order.
What condition does it need to be in?
Unused, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging. For Shift-Pack, include all straps and panels.
When do I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Would an exchange be faster?
If it is just the size, yes. Request an exchange and we will check stock in your new size.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
